Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

½ cup softened butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ Vanilla Golden Wing Barley Milk
1 - 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees and butter baking sheets or line with parchment paper
2 In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy, then beat in your egg
3 Add flour, baking soda, and Golden Wing Barley Milk, then stir with a wooden spoon until blended. Then stir in chocolate chips
4 Place dough the size of a tablespoon onto baking sheet at least 3 inches apart from one another
5 Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden around the edges
