Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
1 cup Golden Wing Barley Milk (Original or Vanilla)
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1 Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee or espresso according to your preference. If using espresso, you’ll need about 1 shot.
2 Prepare Pumpkin Spice Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is warmed through and the spices are well combined.
3 Heat Barley Milk: In another saucepan, gently heat the Golden Wing Barley Milk until warm but not boiling. Alternatively, you can heat it in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
4 Combine: Add the warmed pumpkin spice mixture to the coffee or espresso and stir to combine.
5 Froth Golden Wing: If you like your latte with frothy milk, use a milk frother to froth the warmed Golden Wing Barley Milk. If you don’t have a frother, you can simply whisk the milk vigorously to create some foam.
6 Assemble Latte: Pour the coffee and pumpkin spice mixture into a mug. Top with the frothed Golden Wing Barley Milk.
7 Garnish: Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor.
